i describe it this way... i have a litlle experience in a lot of subjects. i have worked some shows/seminars mainly with ';at risk'; youth but my contacts are few and have good words to say about me just no where to point me in the way of job leads. i no longer want to do the same type of speaking i am looking to do more adult based motivational speaking. i live in hawaii and i don't recall ever seeing this type of job listing in my local paper... i have decided to go back to school in the mean time but i am no youngster so i would really like to use all my time to its fullest. can someone please give me some real advice, i have checked some web sites but they mostly offer books that don't really fit my needs. i am not wanting to create my own seminars at this point i wish to work for and/or with a company till i gain the knowledge of the background part of the job as well as the stuff i already am familiar with. (please don't mind my grammer or spelling it is 3 am, i couldn't sleep :)I want to be a motivatonal speaker,any advice on where can i start?
