I'm very driven, I want to win this very badly. and if not this time, I want to win next time.. what are some good workouts for strengthening your pull up muscles? what is the weakest muscle that supplements the pull up motion, and how do i strengthen that?I'm going into the armed services, I need to be able to do a million pullups, I NEED TRAINING ADVICE!?
im not sure what the weakest muscle is in the pull up. but if it is pull ups you have to do then its pull ups that you have to practice. dont over do it. do as many as you can (that means tell your tiered) and do 10 more. every day do this and then next week do that pluse 10 more keep adding 10 every week. this should help. eat good.

Rows. the latissimus dorsi is pretty much the only muscle group you are using in a pull up. Remember to breathe.
