Can somebody please give me some advice on what types of foods I should be eating before and after jogging? I jog around 10pm at night/5 nights a week, finish around 1030-1045 and my bedtime is around 1-2am so please take that into consideration as well and I also do weight training every other day 3 days a week but I do it pretty early around 2pm.

If you're looking to burn a lot of calories, try eating celery before you go running. It takes more energy to digest it than it provides you, so your metabolism will increase and you'll burn energy faster.
Afterward, you might want to eat something with a lot of carbohydrates, like pasta. A friend of mine did it this way and lost twenty pounds I didn't know she had to lose; she was slender already.
