I'm almost 19 and I'm only 50 kg. I need help gaining weight and other advice on how to be a bit healthier?

If you feel strong how u are, believe me there 's no need to gain weight cause once u get it u can't get it off !!! If u wanna be healthy, don't eat lots of sweets, drink lots of water (only water if u can 1litre everyday) and eat protain like chicken and tuna, and have fruit and vegetablesI'm almost 19 and I'm only 50 kg. Eat. Try eating McDonald's at least once every other day for a couple of months. That will add 10-15 pounds quick. Also, forget about salads and focus on red meats. Furthermore, quit playing sports and find a comfortable spot on your couch.





Follow this plan for a couple of years and you'll be a lardass before you know it!
Increase your calories. Have an extra slice of bread, eat DRIED FRUIT (that's great for putting on healthy weight), eat plenty of white meat (chicken and fish), not as much red meat but just eat extra portions of them all.
ummm eat high calorie healthy food like whole grain breads and eat peanut butter, avacado, bananas and lots of nuts





they have good fat in them :)
you dont need to gain weight o_O
