My hubby has arranged for me to have a weeks break in Llanfynydd
Carmarthenshire, the place I am going to be staying at has a gym a pool and a sauna and jacuzzi. My question is in the gym and pool what can I do to get the most impressive results in just a week.
I'd like to come back with a bit of vitality and maybe a little lighter.
I am going on my own, from saturday to saturday i dont mind long walks as well and at night i intend to pamper myself.Advice please spa resort with gym for a week, what would be the most effective?

Let me tell you what worked for me, eat small meals, icorporate lean proteins such as fish and chicken, drink lots of water, then drink green tea right before bed. But what really did it for me was this great new system, the link is below
