I need advice on something see i will be moving out to the pennsylvania area next week and i have nj state?

health insurance for me and my children through nj family care now i was told i need to cancel it once i move out there but what happens if my children get really sick and i dont have anything to cover them should i keep it for 3 months till i offically become a resident of pennsylvania or cancel it and hope they dont get sick. if i keep i will have to travel down here to get medical help and i will just tell them that i never moved.I need advice on something see i will be moving out to the pennsylvania area next week and i have nj state?
