When you have sex, a chemical called ';oxytocin'; is released in your body. This chemical is a neuro-peptide that causes emotional bonding and impairs critical thinking and memory (including those of past negative experiences). Recent studies have also shown that oxytocin increases trust.





In short, this chemical is binding and blinding.





Once you start having sex, it will be harder and harder to stop. If you two eventually end up breaking up (after having sex) your hurt will be magnified due to this chemical bonding. And because estrogen increases the oxytocin response, it will hurt your girlfriend worse than you.





Just something to think about. You are risking causing yourself a lot of hurt in the long run (not to mention risk of STD's, pregnancy, the physical problems she will have later in life if she's on the pill, etc)





But if you think it's worth it...
IF you guys talked about being alone in the house then you shouldnt be sooo scared, but if you guys didnt plan it then dont do anything crazy, and dont get her pregnant. If i were you i would not go all the way, you are only 16. Just go rent like five movies and just cuddle up on the couch or sometin. just be cool and mature!

you will regret it later in life if you do anything with her. Trust me, been there done that. and not just me, everyone I know that did something too early in their life. And yes, 16 is too early.
make sure U have a condom....and....it sounds like ur excited so get two or three
